Booking Information

 

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations must be received by the booking officer two weeks PRIOR to the booking.

Persons cancelling within the two week period will forfeit all fees paid. 

If a refund is required application should be made to The Management Committee.

 

 

General

The Lodge is run purely on a volunteer basis, with an active committee and membership base.
 

Members 

  1. Bookings must be paid in full before being accepted. Until a booking is paid in full, it remains “requested”. Once paid in full, it becomes “Accepted”.
  2. If a member or guest makes a booking and pays in full, this overrides any bookings in a “requested” (or unpaid) state. 
    Any queries re this rule should be made to the booking officer.
  3. Booking periods are as follows:
                a.       Weekends: Friday and Saturday nights
                b.       Weekdays: Sunday through Thursday nights
  4. Bookings that cross a weekend night must include both weekend nights. ie you need to book for both Friday and Saturday nights
  5. Once entered, any changes to a booking must be made through the booking officer.
  6. Booking cancellations do not automatically result in credits or refunds against your account.

 

Paying for bookings    

  • Bookings are not confirmed until paid.
  • Bookings will remain in a REQUESTED state until paid. Once paid, bookings reach an ACCEPTED state.
  • When you receive an email from the booking system it will advise of the booking state.
  • The booking system automatically accepts bookings paid by credit card via PAYPAL. 
  • Bookings paid via Direct Credit to the bank account are processed in order of transaction date.
